As we each discover new realities with Covid–19, iMarket Communications has implemented new measures to protect people and customers. Our intent is to maximize our effectiveness for you and your business.
Fully Functional
iMarket is fully functional and able to provide service and we intend to stay this way. As a supplier of critical infrastructure, we are being proactive to provide the best possible service to all of our customers. We recognize the demand for network challenges and we are here to help satisfy those needs. Our externally facing “work from home teams” are equipped with the IT and connectivity tools they need to provide the best possible level of support.
People Protection
We have eliminated unnecessary travel while insuring that our teams are available for essential network support. All iMarket administrative and non-integrated staff are now working from home with a few necessary exceptions. We are pledged to practice high level hygiene and maximum social distancing in our operations centers and back office.
Delivery updates
In recent weeks we’ve worked with all our vendors and equipment suppliers to assess potential disruptions in their supply chains. We are asking for more weekly updates and for notifications if operations need to change. Most interruptions thus far have been mild and remedied with on-hand inventory.
Increased Demand
We are seeing increases in demand for BCP solutions, circuit relocations and forked 3rd leg applications to offsite Data Centers and or remote sites. For customers using these products today we will continue to provide support and make the changes required as quickly as possible.

As concerns over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to rise I wanted to share some information about how we’re handling this situation at iMarket.
We appreciate the trust you place in us and that is why I want to personally update you on the initiatives we have taken in response to the current crisis.
- A cross-functional team is in place to closely monitor the impact of the pandemic and lead our response, helping prepare and disseminate important communications and putting into effect action items regarding Covid-19.
- Our staff has been instructed to adhere to the guidance provided by the CDC and World Health Organization websites regarding how to protect themselves, and we are strictly following these standards at each of our locations.
- We are exercising social distancing, suspending business travel and conducting virtual meetings for both domestic and international business.
- Customer- facing employees have been instructed on appropriate questions prior to entering a client site.
While we diligently take precautions, rest assured the service you expect from iMarket, will continue throughout our operations. Should any issues arise that would affect our normal operations, we will advise you immediately.
